Items sold at The Blackbird Craft Collective are handmade by independent makers.
Please note:

• Each item is unique, and slight variations in colour, size, or finish are part of the charm of handmade products.
• We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, but small differences may occur.
   

• All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major debit/credit cards, cash (in-store), and secure online payments.
• Prices may change without notice, but any orders already confirmed will not be affected.
   

• Each maker produces work in small quantities; availability can change quickly.
• If an item you’ve ordered online is unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a refund or alternative.
   

• In-store collection is available for local customers.
• Delivery times and costs vary depending on the item’s size and destination.
• We use trusted postal and courier services, but cannot be held responsible for postal delays outside our control.

• Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date or person with at least 3 days’ notice.
• If a workshop is cancelled by The Blackbird Craft Collective or Artisan, a refund or alternative date will be offered.
   

We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be handled in Northern Irish courts.
